What People Are Thinking When They See You in Greek Apparel

You’re a fairly confident individual but you can’t help wondering what people are thinking about when they look at you. Do they like your hair? Do your clothes fit right? Do they see someone that they want to get to know? These moments of self-consciousness may feel uncomfortable but they’re an important part of helping us to define who we are. In wondering what others are thinking, we are really asking ourselves if we are presenting a message to the world that truly says who we are.
For people who are members of sororities or fraternities, the question that often comes up is "what are people thinking when they see me wearing Clothing for Greeks?" This question is really a way of asking yourself what your Greek membership means to you. While you might love being part of the group, you also have to figure out a way to define who you are within that group. When you wear Greek apparel, you are telling the world around you that you are proud of being part of this group. If you’re not sure about where your individuality fits into that, you may question what people are thinking when they see you dressed up in Greek clothes or using Greek Merchandise for accessories.
In the end, it doesn’t really matter what people are thinking when they look at you. Some will be thinking negative things about your group, others will feel a sense of solidarity with you and still others will pass by with complete indifference. What matters is the answer to the real questions that are lying inside your head. Search for those answers and you will be able to figure out who you are and what Greek membership means to you.
