Drink More Water Using Stadium Cups

Almost everyone in the nation needs to drink more water than he or she is already drinking. Water helps to flush the toxins out of your system, keep your digestive system working properly and provide your body with energy. For people who are dieting, water also helps with weight control. Most of us know that we need to get at least eight ounces of water each day but many people fail to actually drink that much water on a regular basis.
There are little tricks that you can use to get yourself in the habit of drinking more water. For example, you should use stadium cups instead of water glasses for your water. These cups are larger than water glasses so you get more water with each refill. The brain and body think that they’re only drinking four cups of water but you’re really getting the equivalent of eight.
Another trick that you can use is to put water bottles inside beer koozies to keep the water cool. Most people are inclined to drink more water when the water is cold than when it’s room temperature. Collapsible koozies can be easily carried around with you so that this isn’t an annoyance. By making sure that you always have a cold bottle of water with you, you’ll help yourself get the amount that you need daily.
